Are your products natural and organic?

Yes, all of our products are made with natural and organic ingredients. We believe in providing high-quality products that are free from harmful chemicals and toxins. 

Are they vegan friendly?

Yes, all of our products are vegan and cruelty free.

 

I have a nut allergy.  Will it they be safe for me to use?

We suggest you keep your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

 

 

SHIPPING 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over £75 within the UK. For international orders, shipping costs may apply. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information.

How long does shipping take?

We aim to ship your orders within 24 hours. For UK delivery, you will usually receive your order in between 3 to 5 working days. For Europe and international delivery, orders are delivered in between 5 to 10 working days. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information.

What are the shipping costs?

For UK delivery, the cost is £5. We offer free delivery on orders over £75. For Europe and international delivery, the cost is £15. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. However, please note that importation of cosmetics may be prohibited in certain countries unless you hold an import license issued by the respective authorities. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information.

What is your refund policy?

If you haven't experienced the scents before and would like to try before you buy please visit Libertys London. If the bottle arrives damaged you would be able to exchange, please photograph and notify us within 7 days of receiving. We cannot offer refunds.

Only products purchased at www.iamsacredspace.com can be returned to us for an exchange.
